Natamycin Liquid is a highly stable suspension product of natamycin or pimaricin. It sucessfully settles the questions of uneven distribution and sedimentation that we face when using the traditional powder form product. Thanks to its stable suspension property, it has higher efficiency in inhibiting mold and yeast. As a liquid form product, it is much easier to use natamycin liquid than the powder form product. At the same concentration, the anti-fungal capability of natamycin liquid is uplifted by 10% compared with the traditional powder form product. Natamycin Liquid is odorless and tasteless. It is suitable for applications such as cheese, fermented milk, beverages and baking. Moreover, it is made from natural ingredients.
