Product Description

Natamycin (E235; CAS No.:7681-93-8) is an antimicrobial produced by fermentation from Streptomyces. It inhibits mold and yeast and diminishes the production of mycotoxins. As a food preservative, it's usually applied on cheese and cakes as well in fruit juice among many other foods.

Application
